We want you satisfied! Unless specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by this sales slip. The item must be unworn, in the original condition, and in the original gift box. Special orders with all warranty cards, explanation booklets, certificates, and appraisals intact. Special orders, consignment merchandise, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates and/or Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.

All merchandise purchased from Morgan’s is covered by a One (1) year Limited Warranty against Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. Watch and Jewelry repairs are covered for Six (6) months for the work performed due to workmanship or material. Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.
Many gemstones have historically been enhanced to improve color, clarity and/or stability. Unless otherwise noted, we must assume that all gems have been subjected to the usual and customary industry treatments.
Any single diamond purchased from Morgan’s may be traded in for credit on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions:
- The diamond must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and be accompanied by any reports and/or certificates.
- The new diamond selection must be at least double the value of the original diamond.
The carat is the unit of weight of a diamond. Carat is often confused with size even though it is actually a measure of weight. One carat equals 200 milligrams or 0.2 grams.
